- Type of event - Gala, conference, festival, award ceremony, etc.
- Hours of coverage - When do you want me to arrive, and when should I wrap up?
- Delivery format - Disc, slideshow, prints, hard drive transfer, etc.
- Turnaround time - When do you need the photos delivered?
- Usage / Rights - Where and how will the photos be used? Magazine, brochure, website, annual report, etc.
- Time of the shoot - See normal working hours below*
